Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of WA.
Use of Services
By engaging Savemore Pty Ltd for accounting, tax, consulting or advisory services, you agree to receive professional services in accordance with applicable Australian law and professional standards.
Limitation of Liability
Savemore Pty Ltd excludes all liability for indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from the use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in question.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our advice, reports, deliverables and materials remain the property of Savemore Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercialise any of our materials without prior written consent.
Termination
Savemore Pty Ltd may terminate services at any time with written notice if a material breach of these terms occurs. Client may also terminate services by providing written notice.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved by the courts of Western Australia.
Changes to Terms
Savemore Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
